4. Yeh, I tried to go to the doctor but it was a no-go. I also bugged all my friends who are involved in medical fields to help me out but they wanted to part of it (Legal reasons).
I uh...dont exactly have the paper work for the meds.

Well for fuck sake just be careful!
The most important thing to know is if it does go wrong with 'dodgy, not quite legally obtained medication', or whatever the 'problem' is with them DON'T be afraid to dash to a hospital if there is a problem!
With regard to your mum...well I'm sure she does still love you, but it's going to take time for her to her precious lil girl being a boy instead, if she ever does accept it. Hopefully she will....
But the most important thing is that you continue to be brave enough to carry on being who you want to be, who you ARE, and yes that may well hurt, and mean you have to sacrifice your family, intially. Instead of letting it get you down too much, take pride in how fucking brave you are in taking such a decision in your life now, rather than when you're 48, or 58, or whenever you've missed out on the life you should have had.
I've no idea how long it will take for you to fully be the man you want to be, (not sure what the 'technical' tranny word is for that!)but the coming weeks, months and years will be worth it when you can live life to the full, as the person you want to be, and really are!
